Returns

OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD, ANY ITEMS BOUGHT IN DECEMBER 2008 CAN BE RETURNED UP UNTIL JANUARY 7TH 2009 FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, PROVIDING THEY MEET THE RETURN CONDITIONS BELOW.

If you are unhappy with your item(s), Aphrodite Clothing will gladly issue a replacement or refund as long as they are returned within 7 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn, complete with all tags and labels, and in original and resalable condition.

If an item is the wrong size:

• Return the item to us enclosing a note in the package or on the bottom of your receipt telling us which size you require.  Your registered card will be charged £5.00 for us to re-dispatch the item(s) the same day we receive it, using Next Day Delivery.

If you want to return a garment for a refund:

• Return the item to us in the condition decribed above.  Please enclose a note in the package or on the bottom of your receipt letting us know why you want a refund.  We will refund the cost of the garment on your registered card upon the day we receive the return.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post and that they are sent with a trackable, insured service. Please note that Aphrodite Clothing cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
